Spend the entire night checking out the stars.
Give me a blanket, a thermos of coffee and a telescope and I'm SO loving it! (slight knock off of McD's slogan there - FYI, NOT a fan of McD's.) I took Astronomy in high school a few months after my obsession with the universe developed. Of course, because it was a few months later the draw I had to it wasn't quite as high as it had been (darn school.) but I still learned quite a bit. Don't ask me anything I learned because I don't remember. Haha! Anywho. I just looooooooove the sky. To think that God created all of it just blows my mind! Shooting stars aren't that common to me - I've seen only a handful in my entire life. I don't recall watching any meteor showers or the such so that would be cool too.

Why would I want to do this?
When I was young I used to stare up at the dark sky of the night and wonder what it was like up there. Watching the sky rotate (actually the world) is so fascinating to me spending the entire night and seeing where it starts and ends - wow.

Deep sea dive.
Came up with this shortly after yesterday's entry. Not only to dive with dolphins but to spend time under the water viewing the wildlife that inhabits the sea would be incredible.

Why would I want to do this?
Oops... Just explained that above! Haha!

Swim with dolphins.
I believe that dolphins are one of the most beautiful creatures in the world. The lines that they create while swimming are so incredible it takes my breath away. The fact some people in this world have no problem causing them pain and/or killing them scares me so much and upsets me.

Why would I want to do this?
Because I love dolphins!! They're absolutely beautiful and to be able to share the water with them would be an honor. :) Hehe!

Go to the moon.
Yes, this is very unlikely - but this blog includes dreams. Dreaming of going to the moon is perfectly acceptable.
How awesome would it be though?! Zero gravity, floating along... Ohhhh!!

Why would I want to do this?
Well, because not many people have gone to the moon. Plus it'd be so cool to see how much I could dance up there!!!!! Oh oh oh! Has anyone danced on the moon before? I want to be the first dancer on the moon! :)

Throw a clay pot.
From my memory, you "throw" clay. Feel free to correct me, but I do believe I have the terminology correct.
Anyway. I just think it would be so cool to handle the clay and mold it into something. Put some sort of shape into it. Of course, mine would have to be an awesome cute blue/purple color. Possibly. Depending on if I were the one to keep it or if it were to be a gift to someone else.

Why would I want to do this?
As always, creating something with your own hands is always a satisfying experience. You have complete control over where the creation goes and when it's journey is over. It would be so cool to have a piece of your mind and heart developed into something that everyone can see.

Climb a water tower.
I've wanted to climb up one since summer, not sure why, I just think it'd be totally cool. Haha!!

Why would I want to do this?
There's no explanation. Haha!

Build a house.
Or at least, nail two boards together which will eventually become a house. Haha!
It would be super awesome to look at a house and say that I had a part in building it. Do something that will benefit other people for a long time. Oh awesome! Now, I would not suggest myself for electrical or plumbing (electrical for obvious reasons - plumbing I just don't understand) but I can definitely handle a nailgun. Hehehehehe.

Why would I want to do this?
I believe I already said that it would be awesome to do something that would benefit others. :)

Go to a shooting range.
Now don't get me wrong, I've shot quite a few guns in my day, but never have I done it in an actual shooting range. I'd love to go there and shoot a gun that I've never shot before too. Also figure out what my accuracy really is. Hehe.

Why would I want to do this?
Well, I actually WANT to wear those big headphones and spend a little bit of time just shooting at targets. Certainly better than laying in your uncles backyard aiming at a bucket rim, even if you're amazing and hit the rim. XD

Chop wood.
Super strange, but while doing dishes earlier I was thinking about some of my friends and the things they've accomplished. You know, those little things you never ever would have expected from them. Well awhile back one of them chopped wood, and I thought it was totally awesome.

Why would I want to do this?
Because it's totally awesome! Haha!!

Go ice skating.
Haha! This is so simple that most people do it every year. Sadly, I haven't since I was 7! I keep telling myself that my birthday gift to myself is going ice skating but I haven't found time or money to do it yet.
It's freezing here and I keep looking out the window thinking, if it's so darn cold, I should be doing something fun to do in this weather.
Going farther into this wish... I want to take lessons.
Going even farther... I'd love to share the ice with Michelle Kwan!

Why would I want to do this?
Skating, from what I remember, was rather enjoyable!
I love to push myself and never stop at "just ok".
Michelle Kwan is one of my heroes. She's a figure skater who has inspired many young girls to move into the sport and everyone to never give up on their dreams.

Sorry this post included multiple points. It didn't feel fair stopping at the beginning. :)

Bake a loaf of bread in a brick oven.
Ok, so this is definitely different then the past few... But when you cook stuff in a brick oven it comes out tasting just so much more delectable!! Haha!

Why would I want to do this?
Well, right now I'm sitting in my car waiting to pick a friend from the airport and all I can think about is the incredible scent that came from this old brick oven. Many years ago my mom and I visited this old guys' bakery where he made all his bread in an intense oven, the smell that came from this tiny establishment in the middle of nowhere was amazing!!! Nothing wrong can go on when you smell it. :)

Skydive!
I just think it would be so much fun. It's still super windy here and one of my friends joked earlier that they would be skydiving today. My response? Utter fascination. Skydiving is so awesome already and then you add the layer of the extreme wind conditions. Suddenly you are in a situation where you have very little control... Hehe.

Why would I want to do this?
From what I've heard, skydiving is similar to flying. Ever since I was young I've had the obsession with flying (both of my tattoos are wings), so it only makes sense.

I would love to drive a race car.
I thought of this as I was driving home from my parents house earlier... There were 40+mph winds pushing my car wherever they wanted to and it dawned on me - I love to go fast! It would be SO exciting to do even one lap in a race. Oh my, I'm sure everyone would be terrified but it would be so darn exciting!

Why would I want to do this?
I think I just explained that above. Tehe!

I would love to be in a movie.
Even if it's just in a crowd as an extra or something - I would be thrilled! (Although, having a line wouldn't be too bad either.) Not just a homemade movie either... One that is released in theaters and people buy tickets to see. Tehe! Oh such fun that would be!

Why would I want to do this?
It's been a dream of mine since I was 7. Simple enough, right? :)

Difference

I imagine the majority of people in this world want to make a difference. I also imagine that the majority of those people do not know what steps to take in order to make the difference they want to. How can we make the difference we want to see in the world without knowing what to do? Life would be 100 times easier if we had a handbook on what to do and when to do it. Incredible thought - but there is no such thing.  Instead, we get to walk through our life day by day and attempt to make a change that we see fit in our own lives. By changing something you do in your own life you are more likely to make an impact on others. Through making an impact on others, you make an impact on the world. Whether we realize it or not, a lot of us have already made an impact, we just don’t see it. We want something tangible. Something to which we can say, “I did that - I made that happen.” There’s something about humans that need the material satisfaction. The world to know my name – this is a common dream of many, as they believe the world knowing their name is the only way to make a difference. Unlike those few select celebrities who have made it to this point we will have to be secure in the fact that those who do know our names, know them for a good reason. I’m not sure any of us want to become known because we did something so terrible and horrible it affected hundreds of people. If that is what it takes to make a difference in the world – I’m happy just making an impact on those who I’ve met. I’d rather be known by few for being a good, honest, truthful person than known by many for being a complete mess.
Just saying.
